Join me live September 11-15 via Zoom for Take 5: Intro to Yoga for Bigger Bodies! In this FREE 5 day series you’ll learn how to get started with yoga in a way that is TRULY accessible. Consistent yoga practice will help you reduce aches and pains, get stronger, manage stress, and feel calmer and more focused.
During my 20+ years of practicing yoga and 12+ years of teaching yoga, I’ve experienced first hand how yoga can help people with all kinds of bodies improve their health, wellness, and happiness.
I KNOW that yoga is typically depicted as a practice for thin, young, fit people, and anyone who doesn’t fit that mold can quickly begin to feel excluded and frustrated. My teaching is different. I’m passionate about making yoga inclusive and customizing the practice so that people with all kinds of bodies can participate and benefit.
Now some logistical details… Classes will be offered live at 7:00 a.m. Central time and will run about 30 minutes in length so that you can easily fit this into your busy day. In case you’re not available at 7:00 a.m. Central, don’t worry, I’ll email you the recording of each session so you can participate at a time that’s convenient for you.
