Due to schedule conflicts I was not able to go to Yoga yesterday and I will not be able to today either. I pass The Yoga Room everyday to and from work. Today as I passed I found myself wishing I would be going today. The Hatha I kicked my booty on Wednesday (see previous entry for 'graphic' details ;), but I'm sincerely sad that I am not going to be able to go until tomorrow morning.

This proved to me that I really need to make my home practice much more real.
