We offer different class types - Relaxation, Gentle, Moderate, and Strong - and our team of experienced teachers provide different pose options so that you can find what works well for you. We’ll help you find a good balance of effort and comfort so that you can experience great results from your very first class.

Accessibility
We teach yoga that is accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. If you have any concerns about your ability to get into a lying down position the floor, please email us to reserve one of our cushioned platforms. They allow you to get into a lying down position without having to get down onto the floor.
