We teach yoga that is accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. If you have any concerns about your ability to get into a lying down position the floor, please email us to reserve one of our cushioned platforms. They allow you to get into a lying down position without having to get down onto the floor.

Donna’s been practicing yoga with us since 2013. She has a very active lifestyle that includes running and a lot of travel to visit family in other states. Yoga helps Donna keep her body and mind healthy and comfortable.
