Welcome to Round Rock Yoga!

We teach yoga that works for people with all kinds of bodies.

Consistent yoga practice can improve your health and wellness in so many ways - better sleep, more energy, fewer aches and pains, better stress management, and more - and we’d love to help you get started.

Our classes are called Gentle, Moderate, and Strong, so that you can easily choose the level of intensity that feels appropriate for you on any given day. All classes include elements of mindfulness to help you regulate your nervous system and calm your mind. Most classes are offered both in studio and online.

What makes Round Rock Yoga unique is that we specialize in customizing the yoga practice so that everyone can comfortably participate and benefit. Our teachers offer options to intensify and simplify - you choose what works best for you. Please note that yoga should provide some degree of challenge, but it should also be comfortable. Your teachers are happy to help you find that balance.
