Consistent yoga practice improves the health of the body and mind. New students often ask how many times per week they should practice yoga to experience results.
Any yoga is better than no yoga, but consistency is key for gaining the most benefit. To maintain good health for the long term, aim to develop a sustainable yoga practice. We recommend working your way up to up to 3-4 classes per week for great, sustainable results.
