CLASS PRICING
In our 14 years, we’ve seen time and time again how consistent yoga practice improves the health of the body and mind. New students often ask how many times per week they should practice yoga to experience results. And as with many things in yoga, the answer is: It depends.
Basically, consistency is key. If you practice once per week you’ll experience improvements in your body and mind. If you practice twice per week, you’ll experience more improvement. If you practice 6-7 days per week, you’ll feel like a fresh new person.
Is it possible to do too much yoga? No, not really. With our emphasis on teaching yoga that prioritizes balancing your effort and your ease, it’s really not possible to overdo it. But we also want to make sure you don’t burn out. Remember, consistency is key.
To maintain good health for the long term, aim to develop a sustainable yoga practice. We recommend working your way up to up to 3-4 classes per week for great, sustainable results.
