CLASS PRICING
Consistent yoga practice improves the health of the body and mind. New students often ask how many times per week they should practice yoga to experience results. Some yoga is better than no yoga, but consistency is key for gaining the most benefit. To maintain good health for the long term, we recommend working your way up to 3-4 classes per week for great, sustainable results.

A yoga gift certificate is a really nice way to show you care about the recipient’s health and well-being. They’re a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other special occasions.
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and may be purchased in the studio or online. Online gift certificates can be printed immediately after purchase, or even emailed to the recipient.
