YOGA ON THE PLAZA
We’re happy to announce that, for the 13th year, we’ve partnered with the City of Round Rock to offer Yoga on the Plaza, a monthly series of FREE, accessible, beginner-friendly community yoga classes in downtown Round Rock!
Our first class of the 2025 season will be held on Saturday, April 12th at 8:00 a.m. with Cinzia!
This class is held outdoors at Prete Plaza on Main Street. Bring a yoga mat and/or a large towel or two, plus some water in case you get thirsty.
We specialize in teaching yoga that is accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. Chairs are available at the Plaza and can be used during the yoga practice for sitting on or for holding onto for better balance.
Regular yoga practice can help you improve your strength and flexibility, and reduce your aches and pains. We’re happy to support your yoga practice in the way that works best for your body!
If you have any questions, please feel welcome to email us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What style of class or intensity of practice can I expect?
Each session is an accessible, beginner-friendly yoga class with a gentle-to-moderate intensity of practice. All are welcome!
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: We suggest you bring your water and a yoga mat and a large towel, or two large towels. The extra towel can be folded and used for extra padding.
This class is outdoors and there is shade cover for much of the Plaza, but you might also want to consider sun protection.
Q: Where can I park?
A: You're welcome to park in any of the street parking near the Plaza. There is also a parking garage off Lampasas Street, behind Lamppost Coffee.
Q: I'm pregnant, can I attend Yoga on the Plaza?
A: Yoga on the Plaza is not specifically designed for pregnancy, and due to the large class size, the teacher will not be able to customize the practice for pregnancy.
If you are an experienced yoga practitioner who knows how to modify yoga for pregnancy and keep yourself and your baby safe and comfortable, you are welcome to attend.
If you are new to yoga or are interested in a customized prenatal yoga practice, please email us for information.
Q: Can my child(ren) attend Yoga on the Plaza with me?
A: It depends on the child. If your child is mature enough to stay on his or her mat, listen to the yoga teacher's instructions, and follow along with the practice without causing disruption, they are welcome to attend.
