What to bring A yoga mat or large towel, sunscreen, and your water bottle.
What to expect Yoga that is accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. If you prefer to do your yoga practice in a sitting position, you’re welcome to use one of the chairs available at the Plaza.
Why should I practice yoga? Regular yoga practice can help you improve your strength and flexibility, reduce your aches and pains, calm your nervous system, and improve your quality of sleep. It’s a gentle and comfortable way to improve the health of your body and mind.

Q: What type of yoga class is it?
We teach an accessible, beginner-friendly yoga class with a gentle-to-moderate intensity of practice. You won’t be asked or expected to do anything that is uncomfortable for you. Everyone can participate!
Q: Where can I park?
A: Park in any parking spots near the Plaza, or in the parking garage located on Lampasas Street, behind Lamppost Coffee.
Q: I'm pregnant - can I attend Yoga on the Plaza?
A: Yoga on the Plaza is not specifically a prenatal yoga class, and due to the large class size, the teacher is not be able to customize the practice for pregnancy.
If you’re an experienced yoga practitioner who knows how to modify for pregnancy and keep yourself and your baby safe and comfortable, you are welcome to attend.

Q: Can my child(ren) attend Yoga on the Plaza with me?
A: The Yoga on the Plaza class is designed for adults. If your child is mature enough to stay on their mat, follow the teacher's instructions, and not cause distraction, they are also welcome to attend.
