YOGA FOR Multiple sclerosis

Our weekly Yoga for MS is held Mondays at 2:00 p.m. Central time.

If you have issues with mobility but you’re unable to attend the Monday class, you might consider our Chair Yoga class on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.

If you do not have issues with mobility, you might consider any of the classes on our Class Schedule.

Please know that the yoga practice should feel comfortable for your body. All our teachers offer options so that you can select movements that work best for you. You can also skip postures to rest at any time.
