Get started with our 4 week Beginners Series!
A consistent yoga practice boosts the health of your body and mind. In our 4 week Beginners Series, you’ll learn:
Common yoga poses and how to customize them to suit your unique body
What to expect in a typical yoga class
How to comfortably improve your strength, flexibility, and balance
How to use yoga props including blankets, bolsters, blocks, and chairs
You'll also receive our 45 page Yoga for Beginners manual that features 29 yoga postures plus variations, so you can find the version of each posture that works best for you.
What to expect
Beginners Series classes are 60 minutes long and meet once per week for four weeks. Upon completion of the Series, you'll have access to a month of unlimited classes, so you can put your new skills into practice and try out different classes and teachers.

About Zelinda
Zelinda is a yoga therapist and the founder of Round Rock Yoga. With 18 years of experience and over 1200 hours of training in the US and India, Zelinda teaches yoga that comfortably and effectively reduces pain for people with all kinds of bodies. Zelinda is skilled at connecting with students and making yoga relatable and accessible.
In addition to teaching at Round Rock Yoga, Zelinda has offered yoga for a wide range of populations, including K-12 special needs students, university student-athletes, corporate employees, outpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients, and at conferences, both in person and online. She also shares yoga with students around the world through her YouTube channel, Yoga with Zelinda.
About Emily
Emily believes that yoga can be for everyone, if we simply know how to honor our bodies. She has been teaching yoga since 2016, and grew up with yoga in the household, as her mother was also a yoga instructor.
With a passion for anatomy and individual differences, Emily loves to offer customizations and alternate approaches to make classes accessible to a various challenges.
Emily is also a licensed massage therapist and enjoys sharing fun physiological facts during class.

That’s perfectly fine! Yoga will help you gently improve your flexibility, range of motion, and mobility.

That’s no problem at all. We teach yoga that is very adaptable. Sometimes we use chairs rather than sitting on the floor. We also have a raised platform that makes it possible to comfortably sit and lie down without having to get on the floor.

We always recommend checking with your doctor before starting any new exercise. In our teaching, we emphasize that every yoga pose should feel comfortable for your body. If any posture causes pain, please notify your teacher so they can recommend an appropriate modification.

In the event you need to cancel your registration, kindly provide notice at least 24 hours before the start of your scheduled event, and we will be happy to refund your registration fee. Please call or email us to initiate the cancellation and refund.
Workshops missed due to a last-minute emergency may be refunded as studio credit; please contact the studio within 24 hours of the missed Workshop or Series.
