Embracing the Crone: Wisdom, Power, & Peace in the Menopause Years

with Angela & Andrea

This special gathering offers a sacred, nurturing space for women approaching, entering, or journeying through the Crone phase, whether through menopause, major life transition, or spiritual awakening.

Together, we’ll explore the Crone not as decline, but as sovereign power, embodied wisdom, and liberation. Through gentle Yin yoga, guided meditation, and honest heart-centered conversation, you’ll learn to listen deeply to your changing body, release cultural narratives of shame, and embrace this chapter as a spiritual initiation into wholeness.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Andrea Goebel as our guest for an intimate Q&A session. Dr. Goebel brings decades of experience in women’s health and integrative care, bridging medical science and soulful healing. Her background includes integrative nutrition, menopause support, and end-of-life doula coaching.

Each participant will receive a beautifully curated packet of resources to support continued reflection and self-care beyond the workshop.

Space is limited to 15 participants.

Reserve your spot early and join us in honoring the wisdom years as a radiant unfolding. Not an ending, but a return home to your truest self.

What Our Students Say

  • Stepping into this gathering I felt like it may be too late for me as a 61-year-old, firmly journeying in my Crone years, but I was moved by how gently and powerfully this space welcomed women at all phases of their journey. The blend of yoga, conversation, and soulful guidance created a sense of belonging I didn’t know I needed. I left feeling seen, strengthened, and reminded that this phase of life is not a fading, but a deepening and a true beginning. This is a truly nourishing experience I would recommend for women of any age.

    — Suzie

  • I highly recommend attending an Embracing the Crone: Wisdom, Power & Peace in the Menopause Years workshop. Perimenopause has been quite a challenge for me and it was a tremendous help to join other women to learn, share, and commiserate about this unexpectedly difficult phase of life. I left feeling less alone and even hopeful for the future, empowered with knowledge and guidance in how to navigate this most unusual transition that women must endure.

After the childrearing years, into menopause, maybe finding there is more time for yourself. Attending this workshop I found that I wasn’t alone, as I listened to the shared experiences of other women, while sharing my own. I appreciate Angela facilitating this needed workshop for women, along with Dr. Andrea! From this workshop, and the folder I was given, I gained much needed information, helpful suggestions, tips, and solutions to help traverse this unique time in my life.
