Embracing the Crone: Wisdom, Power, & Peace in the Menopause Years
with Angela & Andrea
This special gathering offers a sacred, nurturing space for women approaching, entering, or journeying through the Crone phase, whether through menopause, major life transition, or spiritual awakening.
Together, we’ll explore the Crone not as decline, but as sovereign power, embodied wisdom, and liberation. Through gentle Yin yoga, guided meditation, and honest heart-centered conversation, you’ll learn to listen deeply to your changing body, release cultural narratives of shame, and embrace this chapter as a spiritual initiation into wholeness.
We are honored to welcome Dr. Andrea Goebel as our guest for an intimate Q&A session. Dr. Goebel brings decades of experience in women’s health and integrative care, bridging medical science and soulful healing. Her background includes integrative nutrition, menopause support, and end-of-life doula coaching.
Each participant will receive a beautifully curated packet of resources to support continued reflection and self-care beyond the workshop.
Space is limited to 15 participants.
Reserve your spot early and join us in honoring the wisdom years as a radiant unfolding. Not an ending, but a return home to your truest self.
