It's been a whirlwind week, but now we're firmly rooted in offering daily online live yoga classes! If you haven't already, please do join us for online classes - we'd love to see you! You can register with your Membership, Mini Membership, New Student Membership, or Class Pack, by clicking here.

Here’s the schedule for this week; each week will feature different teachers and class styles, so keep checking back.

All classes start at 9:00 a.m., but beginning tomorrow we'll be starting the call at 8:45 to give everyone a chance to visit before class if they'd like.

We send out the link to the call at 8:00 a.m., so please make sure you register ahead of time. And if you'd like to practice with us but can't make it at 9:00 a.m., go ahead and register anyway! We'll email you a link to the recording of the class so that you can practice at a later time that's convenient for you. The class recordings will be available to you indefinitely.
