Yoga For Flexibility: Level 1 is a great option for those brand new to yoga or who are very inflexible. Yoga for Flexibility: Level 2 builds on the practice from the Level 1 video. Both videos are great short yoga practices to incorporate into your daily routine to gently improve your flexibility.
