I know that people who have bigger, older, and/or achier bodies often have a difficult time getting started with yoga. And that’s why I’m so happy you’re here!

I specialize in teaching yoga that is accessible and comfortable for people with all kinds of bodies.

I love seeing the delight and pride on my students’ faces the when they realize they’ve completed an entire yoga practice. I love hearing about the real-life benefits they’re experiencing, like being able to bend over and load the dishwasher with ease, being able to carry their groceries up the stairs with confidence, and being able to get down on the floor to enjoy playing with their children or grandchildren.

Q. I can’t attend live. Will recordings be available?

A. Yes, I’ll send out each recording a few hours after each live session. Please know that you will not be recorded - only I will appear in the recordings.

Q. What should I wear?

You can wear anything that is comfortable and allows you to move freely.

Q. What kind of equipment do I need?

Please have available a stable chair (without wheels) and a blanket or large towel. You can use a yoga mat if you have one, but it’s not required.
