Yin
Yin Yoga is a practice of long-held passive poses that strengthen connective tissues (ligaments and fascia) and hydrate the body's joints. Yin poses are still, deep, and quiet with a relaxed focus on self-exploration and discovery. Postures are supported by deep breathing and props and are generally held for 3 to 5 minutes. A regular Yin practice keeps connective tissues supple and strong to prevent injury and is suitable for adults of all ages.
Strong
Designed for experienced practitioners who are seeking a stronger yoga practice, our Strong classes may include faster paced sequences and/or stronger postures.
