Experience the healing power of sound with Bowls, Chimes & Gong! This two-hour workshop is ideal for those going through a particularly stressful time, suffering from illness or injury, or undergoing major life changes. Supported restorative yoga postures are held for extended lengths of time (up to 20 minutes) to gently release tension from the body. Restorative yoga is beneficial for stress reduction, insomnia, and chronic fatigue. The healing sounds encourage deep relaxation and healing, harmonize the chakras, reduce mental and emotional negativity, and enhance well-being.

About Angela
Angela is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level (E-RYT 500), a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher (TIYT), a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, as well as a Reiki Master/Teacher (Usui, Tibetan, & Karuna Ki).
Angela specializes in gentle, accessible practices that support deep rest, nervous system balance, and inner transformation. She weaves together Yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki to create deeply supportive and empowering experiences. Her work honors the full spectrum of life’s transitions, including the menopause years. She creates a compassionate space for women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, strength, and sense of peace.
Angela’s classes are welcoming, lighthearted & fun. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or absolutely new to the practice, she encourages you to maintain a beginner's mind. She believes it is a must for continuing to learn, grow, and become the best humans we can be.

This workshop is suitable for beginners. Prior knowledge of yoga isn’t required.

We always recommend checking with your doctor before starting any new exercise. In our teaching, we emphasize that every yoga pose should feel comfortable for your body. If any posture causes pain, please notify your teacher so they can recommend an appropriate modification.

Yes, you certainly can! Yoga will help you gently improve your flexibility, range of motion, and mobility.

In the event you need to cancel your registration, kindly provide notice at least 24 hours before the start of your scheduled event, and we will be happy to refund your registration fee. Please call or email us to initiate the cancellation and refund.
Workshops missed due to a last-minute emergency may be refunded as studio credit; please contact the studio within 24 hours of the missed Workshop or Series.
