SRIYA
Sriya is a certified yoga instructor (200-hour RYT) trained in Traditional, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power Yoga. What began as a personal practice over seven years ago evolved into a passion for sharing the transformative benefits of yoga with others.
Having taught private, corporate, and group classes in NYC, Sriya creates welcoming spaces where practitioners from all walks of life can feel supported in their practice. Her classes combine mindful movement, breath awareness, strength, and balance, encouraging students to move with intention and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves.
Sriya believes yoga should be accessible, grounding, and empowering. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a familiar practice, Sriya hopes to create a space where practitioners feel supported, challenged, and inspired to explore yoga in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
