For many of us, Election Day (and the months surrounding an election) can be anxiety-inducing and stressful. To help you find your calm this Election Day, the Yoga Room team has put together several short yoga practices that you can use when you need them! Tune in to our Facebook page throughout the day on Tuesday, November 3 to practice with us.
