  • simple movements to improve your lower body strength and give your knees support and stability

  • gentle stretches to ease tight muscles and increase flexibility

  • non-weight bearing movements to optimize knee joint health

You’ll also receive my three-step Therapeutic Yoga for Achy Knees Home Practice Plan so you can continue building your knee health at home in 10-15 minutes per day.

About Zelinda

Zelinda is a yoga therapist and the founder of Round Rock Yoga. With 18 years of experience and over 1200 hours of training in the US and India, Zelinda teaches yoga that comfortably and effectively reduces pain for people with all kinds of bodies. Zelinda is skilled at connecting with students and making yoga relatable and accessible.

In addition to teaching at Round Rock Yoga, Zelinda has offered yoga for a wide range of populations, including K-12 special needs students, university student-athletes, corporate employees, outpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients, and at conferences, both in person and online. She also shares yoga with students around the world through her YouTube channel, Yoga with Zelinda.

  • We always recommend checking with your doctor before starting any new exercise. In our teaching, we emphasize that every yoga pose should feel comfortable for your body. If any posture causes pain, please notify your teacher so they can recommend an appropriate modification.

  • Yes, you certainly can! Yoga will help you gently improve your flexibility, range of motion, and mobility.
