Posture plays a big role in how you look AND how you feel. Some of the most common body aches - low back, neck and shoulders, hips and knees - are very often the result of poor posture.
Don’t worry - you’re not doomed to have poor posture forever. Therapeutic yoga can help you comfortably build and maintain healthy posture to look and feel your best!
In this three hour workshop you’ll learn:
How to reduce existing muscle tension and improve range of motion with gentle yoga postures
How to build good posture step by step with simple, comfortable strengthening techniques
How to use good ergonomics when you’re using a computer, sitting in a car, and sleeping in your bed.
How to develop healthy posture muscle memory in your daily activities
You’ll also receive my Therapeutic Yoga for Healthy Posture Home Practice Plan so you can continue improving and maintaining your good posture in about 15 minutes per day.

About Zelinda
Zelinda is a yoga therapist and the founder of Round Rock Yoga. With 18 years of experience and over 1200 hours of training in the US and India, Zelinda teaches yoga that comfortably and effectively reduces pain for people with all kinds of bodies. Zelinda is skilled at connecting with students and making yoga relatable and accessible.
In addition to teaching at Round Rock Yoga, Zelinda has offered yoga for a wide range of populations, including K-12 special needs students, university student-athletes, corporate employees, outpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients, and at conferences, both in person and online. She also shares yoga with students around the world through her YouTube channel, Yoga with Zelinda.

This workshop is suitable for beginners. Prior knowledge of yoga isn’t required.

We always recommend checking with your doctor before starting any new exercise. In our teaching, we emphasize that every yoga pose should feel comfortable for your body. If any posture causes pain, please notify your teacher so they can recommend an appropriate modification.
