Educators, we know you're experiencing many stressors this summer. You're preparing for both distance learning and in-school learning, dealing with a lot of uncertainty about the school year, trying to keep yourself and your family healthy, and possibly also trying to figure out how to support your own children through distance learning. It's a lot. We see you, we appreciate you, and we'd be honored to support you and your well being with yoga during this challenging time.
This FREE online yoga class is designed especially for educators by instructor Kristen Morgan. In addition to teaching yoga, Kristen is a public school educator with 14 years experience in the classroom. The hour-long yoga practice will feature gentle strength-building to help you exercise your body and calm your mind. Please keep in mind that all our classes are accessible - we offer options and variation so that people with all kinds of bodies and all levels of fitness can participate.
