Hip hip hooray!

Our updated Class Schedule is now in full swing, and we hope you're enjoying the new evening classes! If you haven't had a chance to take an evening class with us yet, check out the Class Schedule, and join us soon. We'd certainly love to see you! 

Today we're excited to announce a Yoga for Healthy Hips online series with Senior Teacher, Angela Richter-Gronross! This 4 week online series will be held on Tuesdays, October 13 - November 3 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. CST.

As many of us spend more time at home these days, you may find yourself experiencing tightness or instability in the hips from prolonged sitting or standing or other everyday activities. During this series, you'll learn how to improve flexibility and strength around the hip joint to promote a good and healthy range of motion.

No prior yoga experience is necessary; all are welcome!

This series meets via the online platform Zoom, and you can attend with your computer, tablet, or smartphone. In case you're not able to attend at the scheduled time, we'll send you the recordings of the sessions, which will be available to you indefinitely.
