Class Schedule Update!

We’re so grateful for the valuable feedback we received in our recent surveys, and we’re excited to share some Class Schedule updates with you!

We learned that our students are particularly interested in 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. weekday classes, with fewer students interested in evening classes. To better serve your needs, we’re updating our Class Schedule, effective Monday, March 22. Times shown are Central, GMT-5.

You’ll notice that we’ve shifted classes around to add two 8:00 a.m. classes as well as two 12:00 p.m. classes.

We received many requests for more Moderate classes, so you’ll see 3 new opportunities for a moderate-intensity practice. We also received some requests for more Strong and Gentle, so we added a new Strong class at noon and a new Gentle evening class.

One additional thing to note: Jan’s evening class will move to Thursday evenings, and while it will now be named Gentle, please know the style of instruction will remain the same as her current Relaxation class. It will include both gentle movement and relaxation.
