We’re very happy to announce that, for the 9th consecutive year, we’ve partnered with the City of Round Rock to offer Yoga on the Plaza, a monthly series of free, accessible, beginner-friendly community yoga classes in downtown Round Rock!
The first class will be held on Saturday, April 17th at 8:00 a.m. with Senior Teacher Angela Richter-Gronross instructing! To help us maintain social distancing on the Plaza, be sure to sign up below to reserve your spot.
Each session is held outdoors at Prete Plaza across the street from the Round Rock Public Library. For more details and a map to the location, click here.
We want to make sure everyone stays safe during Yoga on the Plaza, so please keep in mind these guidelines:
Only plan to attend the class if you are healthy, without fever, and have not been exposed to coronavirus in the prior 14 days.
In order to maintain proper social distancing, yoga mats must be placed 6 feet apart. This means that only 50 people may attend Yoga on the Plaza. Please be sure to sign up to reserve your spot here.
If you sign up and then realize you’re unable to attend, we’d appreciate if you’d drop us a quick email at info@rryogaroom.com so that we can free up your spot for another person.
Bring a yoga mat and/or a large towel or two, plus some water in case you get thirsty. If you have other questions about Yoga on the Plaza, take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions here.
If you're a local student, we hope to see you at Yoga on the Plaza this season! And if you're not local, we may have something up our sleeve for you to participate as well; stay tuned!
See you soon,
