Today we were able to bathe at 5 Falls. The water is said to be healing due to the stones and plants that it touches on the way down the mountain. The water was really cold!
You can see the crowds of people, and this was on a Monday around noon. Women go in fully dressed in a saree, "nighty" (floor length housecoat), or salwar (like what I'm wearing). Men might wear shorts or a lunghi (cotton fabric that is wrapped at the waist - looks like a floor length skirt). Women and men are separated by a barrier. I asked about this because we can see each other and talk to each other, so what's the point of the barrier? Well it's so the men won't grope the women.
