Stories From India
Hello Friends, I'm glad to be home after almost a month in India! I've received so many comments and questions about my trip that we decided to collect all my stories in one place. We're still adding, so please check back.
On Sunday, July 10, from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m., I'll be hosting Stories from India at The Yoga Room. I hope you'll come join me for a cup of home made masala chai tea as I share stories, observations, and lessons learned from my time in India with my children and at the yoga training I attended.

Kumbhavurutty Waterfalls
Fantastic water falls. A well kept secret. The two upper falls are for the men (I forgot I was in India and tried to go up there with my kids. Security and my mother in law set me straight.) The lower falls and pool is for the women. This was so awesome because it was not crowded at all. The pool at the left of the photo is about 3 feet deep with a pretty smooth bottom. The water was cold, but we had a great time. It's a gorgeous place. Wish I'd taken a panoramic photo. It's a tiny valley with mountain all around.
