Yes, all the classes are beginner friendly. Classes are named by level of physical intensity and all classes are accessible to people who are new to yoga.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you don’t, we can lend you one. Wear any type of comfortable clothing that allows you full range of movement. Yoga is typically practiced in bare feet; you can wear socks if you prefer.

Your 30 Day pass will activate on the date of your first class.

Yes, we encourage you to try as many classes and teachers as you’d like so that you can find your best fit.

Yes, please register for your classes online to reserve your spot in class.

The 30 Day pass is a standalone pass. If you’d like to continue after the 30 days, you can choose to become a monthly member or purchase a 10 Class Pack.
