Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) is one of the most commonly practiced yoga poses, but it's also one of the most commonly misaligned yoga poses. This week I recorded a short video about how to do Downward Dog correctly. The video also looks at some of the most common misalignments and how to correct them.
